- Flexibility: Despite this full-time commitment, we offer flexibility. Clients can determine the days and start times that best align with their needs, with typical shifts ranging from 8-10 hours.
Monitoring Work
- Accountability: We ensure that agents adhere to their scheduled shifts and responsibilities.
- No Remote Work: With an in-office working environment, our HR team meticulously monitors scheduling, ensuring uninterrupted service and accountability.
- Time Tracking Concerns: Questions about time tracking software are common. Our assurance is simple – an accountable and responsible agent reflected in the timely and accurate completion of tasks, adherence to SLAs, and fulfillment of responsibilities.
- Performance Metrics: Observable performance metrics offer further transparency, ensuring clients can easily monitor and assess the productivity and efficiency of their dedicated agent.
